Ripple’s two-year battle with the SEC is coming to an end. The crypto company has sent a response and this appears to be their last line of defense. Ripple’s legal counsel, Stuart Alderoty, tweeted that the company’s response was the latest filing. He writes that the company has asked the court for a ruling in favor of Ripple.

Furthermore, he also says that Ripple is proud of the advocacy it has done on behalf of the crypto industry. And of course Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, agrees: “Ripple is strong and withstands the onslaught of the SEC,” he says. You can see more about that in today’s video!
