The profile of FTX creator Sam Bankman-Fried returned to make moves on the social network Twitter, through which he issued communications with former clients of his bankrupt cryptocurrency brokerage before his arrest.
Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), arrested since December 12, remains in the Bahamas awaiting extradition to the United States.
In any case, his defense went so far as to claim that the prison situation was chaotic and bad for the client. Reuters recorded the installations and released a video about the 2022 arrest shared by Fox Business.
Creator of FTX moves his Twitter profile from prison in the Bahamas
Known for housing famous criminals, Fox Hill is now home to one of the biggest cryptocurrency scammers in recent years. FTX was headquartered in the Bahamas and SBF was arrested at the request of the United States.
In any case, his preferred means of communication was Twitter, which apparently continues to function despite the arrest of the FTX executive.
That’s because the profile “Big Crypto Alertdiscovered that SBF’s profile started following another profile on Twitter last Tuesday (20).

Seeing himself followed by the possible scammer, the profile “Hardwood_”, which is unknown, showed surprise at the action. In 2020, he received Ethereum as a gift in an SBF airdrop, but called the creator of FTX a social media scammer after the exchange collapsed.
“Wow. It’s real.”

In addition to following new profiles, SBF unfollows
Arrested and accompanied by press vehicles from around the world, SBF was expected to struggle in jail in the Bahamas. In fact, his defense supports such a claim. But with the moves on his Twitter, his stay may not be the worst possible.
That’s because last Tuesday, in addition to following a new profile, he also had enough time to unfollow another Twitter user.

It is still not clear what motivated his moves, both to follow a different profile and to stop following a different profile, but the use of the mobile phone in prison caused revolt among his followers.
Still, there is a possibility that a third party accessed the former executive’s account and performed the action. However, this is the first time his account has been used since his arrest.
For example, his last publication occurred hours before the police arrived at his address and took him to jail.
With the poor prison conditions alleged by SBF’s defense, he has already stated that he will not challenge extradition to the US.
