STJ Minister Withdraws Arrest Warrant for Bitcoin Pharaoh’s Wife

The Minister of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), Jorge Mussi, retired last Monday (19). The now ex-minister was three days earlier has withdrawn request for preventive arrest of Bitcoin Pharaoh’s wifethe Venezuelan Mirelis Zerpa.

In light of this, I reconsider the decision of e-STJ pages 280-286 to , without knowing the habeas corpus, grant ex officio the order, revoke the preventive detention imposed on the patient and replace it with other precautions, to be determined by the court of origin and the Single Court , by sending them a copy of the full contents of this decision.”

Bitcoin pharaoh goes to popular jury for murder of “King of Pullback”, in 2023
