“Money from Braiscompany has disappeared,” says an expert

During the debate in the television program Frente a Frente, on TV Arapuan, in Paraíba, an expert said Braiscompany’s money is no longer availablean issue that could affect investors if confirmed.

This is because, once the company’s money has left the country, investors filing lawsuits cannot block funds in the company’s bank accounts.

Since November 2022, Brais, as it is known by customers, has been delaying withdrawals and placing the blame on third parties. First, the company’s founder, Antônio Neto Ais, blamed FTX. As the crisis worsened, he also started blaming Binance.

In any case, the company’s investors, who were used to receiving income in their accounts until then, are still suffering from the problems.

Expert says money from Braiscompany is already gone

The Frente a Frente program brought together three experts last Monday (6) to talk about investing in the cryptocurrency market. One of the guests, Felipe Pontes, PhD in Accounting Sciences, stated that the volatility of cryptocurrencies is a normal movement.

However, Braiscompany’s investors saw no losses, only gains. For the connoisseur, it can happen with withdrawal delays that investors lose access to their funds.

Pontes also recalled that the “tenacious genius” managed to turn a profit even during the harshest cryptocurrency winter.

In the sequel, the expert states that research should be done into politicians who supported Braiscompany, as well as an event that took place in the past at the OAB in Campina Grande.

“Like these people [famosas] if they really think they have been misled, they should come forward and say they have been misled and demand that the appropriate authorities punish those responsible. It has already taken too long, this money is no longer being recovered, money has already been used up, but maybe there will be time to recover some of it if the competent authority acts very quickly.”

During the Frente a Frente, all specialists indicated that various evidences indicate that Braiscompany is a financial pyramid.

Braiscompany has not publicly commented on the episode and its representatives could not be reached for comment by the report. The space remains open for demonstrations.

Journalist says justice in Paraíba hindered investors by refusing requests

On his channel with 315,000 subscribers on YouTube, journalist José Nêumanne Pinto spoke about a possible financial pyramid scheme by Braiscompany.

For the journalist, the company grew among investors and associated its success with large profits in the market. In addition, personalities such as Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Romário have recently supported the company.

With the delays in withdrawals, journalist Nêumanne recalled that the court of Paraíba rejected requests from some clients to block Braiscompany’s values, hurting investors. In his blowout video, titled “Dirty Bitcoins safe from Brazilian justice,” the journalist talks about the company.
