Former Braiscompany employee hides company in resume

A former employee of the Braiscompany company, working in the development sector, stated that the experience with the company was not good at all, as the products offered were unreal.

To call itself a high-tech company, Brais da Paraíba claimed to be researching innovations in addition to cryptocurrencies.

Companies with drones appeared in publications on social media to deliver paper and electric scooters to customers, among other things. The climate, at least outside the company, gave the image of a successful company that knew how to innovate and do business in Brazil.

Within the company, however, developers had to pretend they had work and attend coach meetings.

Former Braiscompany employee says he has no work: ‘I had to pretend’

According to Paraíba Feminina, a local news portal, a former employee of Braiscompany has spoken out about the climate at the company.

According to the source, who prefers not to be named, Braiscompany presented new products to investors in publications every ten days. Within the company, however, the developers did not really create solutions, but attended coaching meetings.

One of the cases he cited concerns a possible document delivery service using drones, which was still in the research phase by the developers. In the meantime, Braiscompany has already released images with drones on social networks. However, the project never got off the ground.

That is, while investors believed they were investing in a solid innovation and cryptocurrency leasing company, they were in fact investing in a company that had no concrete plans in the market.

Former employee hides company experience on resume

After the frustrating passage through the Campina Grande company, the former employee does not think it is worth putting the experience at Braiscompany on his resume. According to him, it would be “better to say that he worked in a cabaret”, than in the company that promises income on the market.

In its complaint, the former Braiscompany recalls that the company’s traders were not making good money unless they brought more investors to the company or helped sell courses.

The company’s focus then was on the performance of brokers, those responsible for attracting more investors to the company, who received the maximum amount of contributions. On social media photo days, employees were instructed to wear similar clothing to create a good image.

Simulated meetings were also common among the company’s employees, as was shouting down the halls to show motivations. Today, the former employee said he was ashamed of his time with the company that is delaying payments to investors across Brazil.

It is worth remembering that Braiscompany usually shows the symbol of the Great Place of To Work (GPTW), acquired in 2022. But the new opinion of a former employee can give a new vision of the working climate in the company.
