The portfolio in which the transactions took place may belong to a broker or manager of Braiscompany. The source preferred not to specify ownership of the exchange account.

The Paraíba Public Prosecutor’s Office pointed out in the course of the investigation that Braiscompany operates through portfolios of individuals, brokers or managers, in exchanges. Fabrícia Farias’ portfolio would be the most important.

Even the accounts of brokers operating on exchanges, such as Binance, for Braiscompany were subject to requests for blocking by the Public Prosecution Service.

Thus, this indicates the effective participation of the class in the activities of the company. The wallets of several brokers were blocked 24 hours before the federal police operation against the company.

Judge points to financial pyramid

In his decision, the judge of the capital’s 5th civil court, Onaldo Rocha de Queiroga, initially stressed that Braiscompany has strong indications that it is a financial pyramid, something denied by businessmen Antônio Neto Ais and Fabrícia Farias, along with their brokers, managers and traders.

“In a preliminary picture of the achievement, it must be stated that there are strong indications that this is one of many cases of financial pyramids harming unwary people and seeking easy profits”Queiroga said.

“Through information from the media, the fact that the defendant’s company failed has already become public, as the Braiscompany company is involved in police scandals for possible practice of pichardismo, or, in the most common expression, of financial pyramid ”completed.

runaway owners

Judge Vinício Costa Vidor, of the 4th Federal Court in Campina Grande, on Friday (24) issued preventive arrest warrants against Antônio Neto Ais and Fabrícia Farias Campos, owners of Braiscompany.

The magistrate also asked the federal police in Paraíba to send a message to Interpol, the international police. This makes Ais and Fabrícia popular all over the world. The couple have been considered fugitives since February 16, when they were not located by federal police to execute a temporary arrest warrant at the time.
