In order to get a loan, a false invoice was even delivered by the would-be scammer to his ex-partner.

It’s worth remembering that in addition to the possible scam of lost money at a company, she still claims he wrote a check to a loan shark at his veterinary clinic’s CNPJ. Now the lender has sued her as he can’t get the money back from his ex-partner.

So she asked for urgent custody to block all of the suspect’s assets, to try and curb the coup.
