Bitcoin Pharaoh’s wife loses investors’ money and gets a new arrest warrant

Venezuelan Mirelis Zerpa Dias, fugitive since the collapse of GAS Consultoria, wife of the bitcoin pharaoh, bought a private plane and even a luxury car, in the name of oranges. The case was investigated by Fantástico, which aired last Sunday (1).

In addition, the Venezuelan fugitive from Brazil for running a cryptocurrency financial pyramid scam also received a new arrest request from the Federal Police.

She recently had a court arrest warrant quashed, but now she is officially a fugitive again.

In the US, the Bitcoin Pharaoh’s wife bought a private plane and poses as a famous DJ

Between launching her career as a fake DJ and mocking GAS Consultoria investors, Mirelis now owns a private plane that suits her needs.

Because more than 1 billion reais had been withdrawn during the collapse of the financial pyramid in Brazil, the suspect even bought a Rolls Royce to parade through the North American streets.

Fantástico’s investigation shows that she was still unaware that the court had issued a new arrest warrant for her, and that she remains in the crosshairs of investigators due to her possible crimes.

Mirelis was the wife of Glaidson Acácio dos Santos and was identified as one of the masterminds of the GAS Consultoria scam, which stopped paying customers a month before Operation Kryptos in 2021.

Since then, clients have been waiting for news and some even believe that Glaidson’s eventual freedom will help pay the injured parties. But even with nearly 500 million reais in a DASH portfolio, the Pharaoh refused to release the amount to reimburse his company’s clients, he stated in his testimony at the CPI das Pirâmides Financeiras.

Biggest blow to the image of cryptocurrencies in Brazil, which mobilized 38 billion reais

Over the past six years, Fantástico discovered that several financial pyramids generated 100 billion reais, stealing from various investors.

As a result, Glaidson and Mirelis’ GAS Consultoria, by moving 38 billion reais, was the biggest blow to the image of cryptocurrencies in the country, hurting people across the country based in Cabo Frio (RJ).

Amid the collapse of the fraud scheme, many investors lamented the loss of their homes and cars to the scam. Others lost the money of a lifetime and believed in a 10% return per month.

The GAS case still has an aggravating factor, namely the investigation into the murder of Wesley Pessano, with authorities believing Glaidson could be the person behind the crime.

In any case, an investigation is still ongoing in the federal court in Rio de Janeiro, and the bitcoin pharaoh is arrested in Paraná.

Mirelis and Glaidson sent a note to Fantástico denying that they were fraudsters and blaming the PF operation for the end of their business.
