“I’m not a fan of Bitcoin,” says Thiago Finch

Thiago Finch joined the Intelligence LTDA podcast and spoke about various topics, from his childhood, his love for car collections and even investments. It was there that he revealed his stance on Bitcoin.

Beginning on a conciliatory note, Finch said: “Sorry for the Bitcoin people, sorry for the e-wallet people, that kind of thing, but man, I’m not a fan. […] If one day I see a coin worth

“I know a lot of people believe this could be the next big mega hyper motherf*cker trend of the 22nd century,…. F*dA-s*EE.”

Finch argued that he knows people who have become millionaires with Bitcoin, but they had to study 12 to 14 hours a day, which he considers unfeasible.

“I’m not going to study 12 hours a day for something that could cost half my money in one night, I’m sorry but I’m not going to do that.”

However, the millionaire acknowledged the missed opportunity and stated that if he could go back in time, he would buy Bitcoin:

“I don’t have Bitcoin. But if I could go back in time, I would buy it.” he stated, adding that those considering investing in cryptocurrencies: “Always put money in that you know you can lose.”

“I don’t like investments with this degree of variation, man, sorry, my bad. Then they say what I do is risky. There are people who invest in Bitcoin, they should be very careful because my recommendation for you who enter this kind of risky markets. And there is a risk, yes, there is no point in saying that it is not. Even if you have to study a lot depending on your money, always put money in that you know you can lose, okay? … That is the recommendation I give you for virtual currency.”

“My computer is mining bitcoin”

Finally, showing that he has little knowledge about digital currencies, he suggests at one point in the video that he would have a computer with a super powerful video card that could mine Bitcoin.

“Bitcoin is great for me on this computer”he said, suggesting his computer would be good for mining bitcoin. “Lying down, still lying down is a show.”

However, nowadays considering the evolution and capacity of mining equipment ASICs (integrated circuits for specific applications), added to the hashrate It is mining problems of Bitcoin it would be impracticable mine bitcoin with any graphics card.
