Known as the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, Binance was recognized at the 2023 Experience Awards. It stood out among other financial institutions and was the only cryptocurrency company to receive the certification.
Evaluated against eight criteria, including fees, customer support and security, Binance achieved one of the best marks in the asset class.
The award, which takes into account the opinions of more than 700,000 consumers, highlights Binance’s commitment to providing a quality and reliable service to its 160 million global users.

The award, created by SoluCX, aims to recognize and certify companies with the best NPS (net promotion score, a measure of customer satisfaction) in Brazil across different segments.
Consultations have been held with more than 700 thousand registered consumers. The 2023 awards were the third edition of the award.
The full list of certified companies was unveiled on the day of the awards, November 29, at a ceremony that took place in São Paulo.
“Binance has maintained a primary commitment to the user since its inception. That’s why we devote significant resources to improving the user experience, trying to make interacting with our products as simple, efficient and enjoyable as possible. In addition, we continuously invest in processes and tools that offer more transparency and security. We are proud of this award because we appreciate the loyalty of 160 million users worldwide”said Guilherme Nazar, Binance’s Managing Director for Brazil.
The Experience Awards 2023 certified 350 brands with above-average customer experience scores across seven market sectors: financial, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, industrial, tourism and education.
