Binance Unveils New Partner to Free Up Withdrawals and Deposits

Binance announced Friday (24) that PIX withdrawals for its clients in Brazil will be released soon, now with a new partner company. A week ago, the broker blocked withdrawals for Brazilians after announcing a split with Capitual.

According to Binance, the new provider will be the Brazilian company Latam Gatewayarriving as the new payment partner to replace Capitual.

In a note, Binance explains that the new payment solution, which will be offered for both deposits and withdrawals, will give its customers a better experience.

However, it is possible that this new collaboration will not be long in coming.

Binance Promises To Release PIX Withdrawals And Deposits Soon, Meet New Company

Latam Gateway will be the new company offering Brazilian Binance customers the option of deposits and withdrawals via PIX, which has been shut down for a week.

However, this integration process should be complete soon, when transactions return to normal. Binance is doing everything it can to keep the community informed about the situation.

“Latam Gateway provides payment services in Brazil to global companies in various sectors such as e-commerce, games and payment aggregators. The company was founded in 2019 by executives with more than 15 years of experience in payments, having founded Boa Compra in 2004 and later sold to PagSeguro.”

While withdrawals and deposits have not yet been released, there are some options that can be used by customers. One of them is the use of the Binance P2P platform, which is one of the main alternatives that the brokerage has presented to Brazilian traders.

Binance is also making available a PIX that can be used to buy cryptocurrencies directly, through an alternative provider. In addition, there is the option to sell cryptocurrencies on the card, available to Visa customers.

Customers who have questions about the buying and selling process while the new company does not arrive can seek support through the official chat.

New business can be transient

In recent months, Binance announced that it would begin an acquisition process of Sim;paul, a company regulated by both the CVM and the Central Bank of Brazil.

For example, Binance makes it clear that it will use the services of Latam Gateway while the process is not yet complete.

“With the exchange, Binance offers a better solution for customers, while at the same time driving the process of acquiring local brokerage Sim;paul, a company authorized by the Central Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), announced in March. .”

In a statement, the broker stated that Brazil is an extremely important market and that it will continue to invest to expand its local service, in addition to contributing to the local ecosystem.

Since last week, many customers have been disappointed with the lack of option for instant withdrawals and deposits in Real, although Binance has remained the leader in volume in Brazil among Bitcoin exchanges.
