Binance suspends withdrawals of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies this Thursday

The world’s largest exchange, Binance, has announced that it will suspend withdrawals of 64 cryptocurrencies on Thursday (21). According to the broker, there will be no announcement in the future about the normalization of services for customers.

In recent months, Binance has announced that it would maintain trading pairs, making it impossible for customers to withdraw funds on cryptocurrency networks.

However, some of these services failed to meet the company’s scheduled deadline, leading to concerns among customers. One such case was the Cardano cryptocurrency (ADA), whose deadline was extended much further during a 24-hour scheduled maintenance.

Which cryptocurrencies will Binance suspend withdrawals from this Thursday?

As announced by Binance on its social media, the exchange will begin servicing 64 cryptocurrency wallets, making it impossible for customers to withdraw funds during the period.

That is, if a trader needs his coins, he must first withdraw the broker’s value. According to the world’s largest exchange, this will be a routine procedure to host Bitcoin wallets and 63 other cryptocurrencies.

Maintenance is expected to begin at 3 a.m. Brasília time (6:00 UTC) and last for three hours. In this way it is possible to normalize recordings to 6 hours in Brazilian time.

In addition to Bitcoin, withdrawals in Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (MATIC), Stellar (XLM) among others will be affected.
