However, the institution must notify the Revenue-Collection Agency by 31 March 2023, which is the same date.
From 6 March on the portal www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it in the section “Enti Creditori” both the provision for the application of the “full” citation and the provisions for the rejection of the “partial” revocation. It should only be sent to the approved email address (PEC) indicated on the forms and with a copy of the provision itself.
