The purpose of the conversation is to strengthen the ESALES so that they know the legal framework of their registration, legality and proper functioning; as well as the keys for the preparation of the Accounting documentstax for the DIAN such as the Special Tax Regime -RTE- and Re- and Unique Register of End Beneficiaries -RUB-.
The plan also includes advice on how to prepare the documentation necessary to obtain an inspection, audit and supervision certificate. As well as access to business opportunities and participation in state programs and projects.
This training is aimed at fundamentals, associations, corporations, associations of first and second degree and Esales in general. Consultants, advisors, lawyers, accountants, assessors, directors, leaders, managers and representatives of said organizations may also participate.
