As of June 2023, the National Administrative Service of Statistics (Dane) will publish Consumer Price Index (CPI) results on the fifth working day of each month at 6:00 PM.
Since last August, El Dane has been publishing Consumer Price Index (CPI) results on the 5th of every month at 6am; or on Saturday at noon, if that day falls on a weekend or public holiday. Due to the change in the broadcast schedule, the results are only presented on working days.
The change in the presentation schedule means that the Dane is aligned with the dissemination standards of the countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which present the result of the CPI after the fifth calendar day and before the end of the first two weeks .
Only two countries, South Korea and Turkey, publish on the fifth day of the month. In most cases, the publication does not take place at a specific time.
From now on and from June 2023, the publication of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) will take place on the following dates, which correspond to the fifth of the working days of each month:
