CABEI provides technical and financial support for the labor reform process

Carlos Moreno, head of country of CABEI in Panama, highlighted the cooperation and financing tools available to the international entity to support social reforms such as labor and pensions.

“There is always the possibility of being able to guide them with specialists, local or international, who are aware of this problem and who have the best recommendations and that these recommendations go hand in hand with the exhibition, as the minister noted, in order to support or promote changes that are really visible and that have an impact on the living conditions of our population, of our employees and the results of which will be visible in a few years,” said the CABEI director.

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) is an international multilateral development financial institution and has 15 partner countries

With headquarters in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and regional offices in Spain, Panama, Costa Rica and other Central American countries, among others.

The government recalled that the reforms have received the support of international organizations such as the OECD, the IDB and the technical support of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
