Russian technology company opens offices in Barranquilla

The 1Ci company of Russian capital and origin, with more than 30 years of activity in the world, leader of its segment in Eastern Europe, opened offices in Barranquilla as part of its growth and expansion plan in Latin America, initially focused on Colombia and Mexico as the main markets in the region.

“We see Colombia as a benchmark for information technology in the region. We discovered great market potential, technological maturity in national companies and a willingness to adopt breakthrough technologies, such as those offered by www.1Ci.com,” said Jaime Delgado Country Manager of 1Ci for the Colombian market.

“We believe the country offers 1Ci the ideal conditions for take-off, talent and great capabilities for development plus a fully functional accounting and tax localization scenario that makes it easier to extend our local experience to other regions in the region and the world,” he added.

1Ci will offer Colombian companies software solutions for the integrated management of production, marketing and service processes, initially aimed at growing companies.

As an immediate goal, the brand hopes to establish a local presence in most cities and regions of the country.}, where it already has direct operations in Bogotá and Barranquilla; In addition, the company establishes itself in Medellín and the coffee region through strategic partners.

“We are interested in ensuring sufficient and comprehensive geographic coverage for all of Colombia, for this we have opened the call for entrepreneurs and IT development companies to become our business partners. It is very easy, economic and includes a partnership plan with great benefits”, says Delgado, who has the challenge of establishing, strengthening and positioning the brand’s operation on the national market.

Colombia is the main entry point to the Latin American market within 1Ci’s expansion plans. For the company it is a central, technologically and commercially developed country; certainly an important hub in the South American computer world that enjoys a location and international recognition in commercial, industrial and agricultural aspects “a perfect setting to find new business partners, as well as a very dynamic economic world with a lot of customer potential”.
