With the close of May, Italian retirees began to wonder when the June coupon would be paid. With a return to pre-pandemic rules, pension payments are back to “old ways” with payments starting on the bankable first day of each month, which can vary depending on holidays or recipients’ bank accounts or post offices. The next month falls on Thursday, June 1, so pensions will be paid to the bank and post office on the same day.
Pensions June 2023: when the payments arrive
So no waiting, whoever takes the loan into the current account will see the payment arrive on Thursday, June 1st. Instead, for those who prefer to receive their pension directly from the post office, the usual calendar is now arranged in alphabetical order:
- EU Thursday, 1 June 2023;
- CD Saturday, June 3, 2023 (morning only);
- APPENDIX Monday 5 June 2023;
- LO Tuesday, June 6, 2023;
- PR Wednesday 7 June 2023;
- Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Finally, we remind you that all retirees can view the receipt at any time by accessing the reserved area on the INPS website using their Spid, Cie or Cns credentials. In this way, it will be possible to view the status of payments, their amounts and other information about your social security status.
