Carry bonus, countdown to click day: How to claim 60 euros

Carry bonus, here we go. The possibility of claiming incentives of up to 60 euros for public transport season tickets such as trains, buses and metro returns. But resources are limited. You have to be fast to grab the bonus. As in September, the new coupons will be distributed through a click day. Funds are allocated chronologically based on application arrival, so speed becomes a very important factor. In fact, this is the leftover money resulting from the inability to use the benefits claimed in September. Moreover, the announcement on the ministry’s website clearly mentions “an attempt to request the benefit of any leftovers.” The ministry notes that this is “the third time the procedure for delivering the last euros to citizens has been reopened.” Since the appointment is on Sunday, October 1st, it is a public holiday and the bonus can be claimed from 8:00 in the morning until the appointment ends.

How does the bonus work and who qualifies for it?

The bonus has a value of 60 euros and can only be claimed for an annual or monthly pass for local or rail public transport. In this case, first class, executive, business, executive club, lounge, premium, workspace and business lounge services are excluded.

After receiving the discount on the platform, you can purchase the season ticket physically at the ticket office or online by showing the code you received at the end of the transaction during the purchase.

The validity period of the coupon is limited to the calendar month in which it is issued, even if you purchase an annual or monthly subscription starting from the following month. The contribution can be claimed for oneself or for the minor dependent. But be careful, because the income requirements are very strict: the aid is actually only available to people with gross annual income equal to or less than 20 thousand euros. The Meloni government narrowed the number of beneficiaries: Previously, the income threshold to receive the bonus was set at 35 thousand euros.
