According to viewers, Sławomir Mentzen won the economic debate of “Puls Biznesu” with a score of 90%. The remaining participants received a total of 10 percent.
The Law and Justice Committee refused to participate in the debate on the economy. The participants were: Andrzej Domański (Citizens Coalition), Sławomir Mentzen (Confederation), Michał Kobosko (Trzecia Droga – PLS and Poland 2050), Dariusz Wieczorek (Left Wing) and Kamil Suchański (non-partisan local government employees).

Representatives of political formations answered questions about, among other things, the economy, taxes and the legal system.
The debate consisted of three parts. First the politicians answered the hosts’ questions, then they discussed with each other, and in the final round they answered questions from readers and viewers.
During the debate, viewers answered the question “which committee convinced you the most?” in an online poll. After the hour and a half discussion, the presenters read out the results of the viewer votes.
Mentzen wins – 90 percent. to vote
Sławomir Mentzen, representative of the Confederation, was the undisputed winner, obtaining 90 percent. to vote.
KO and BS candidates received 3% each. votes, and Third Way and Left 2 percent each. Domański, Suchański, Kobosko and Wieczorek received a total of 10 percent.

During the debate, Sławomir Mentzen asked Civic Platform’s Andrzej Domański how on earth his party plans to increase spending and cut taxes at the same time.
TVP debate. “The First 7 Minutes” of the Confederacy
According to media reports, there will be an election debate on TVP on Monday, October 9. The election committees received invitations from Telewizja Polska to participate in the debate.
Confederation activists point out that this will be an unusual situation for the channel’s viewers. A representative of the Confederacy will appear on the broadcast.
“These will be the first seven minutes of airtime for Konfederacja on TVP this year,” Emil Krawczyk, member of the board of directors of Nowa Nadzieja, wrote on social media.
According to preliminary information, this is the amount of time each politician will have for his statements. Donald Tusk announced his participation in the TVP debate. Jarosław Kaczyński, in turn, announced that he would not represent his committee there.
