The Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (Mase) announced a public competition based on qualifications and examinations for the recruitment of 298 full-time, permanent non-managerial staff. The deadline for applications is 25 November 2023 at 23.59. In addition to the general requirements for admission to competitions, such as age of majority and Italian citizenship, you must have specific educational or business qualifications for each profile to participate. The application for participation must be sent privately electronically, after the candidate has registered, by filling out the application format on the “inPA” portal at https://www.inpa.gov.it and verified with Spid, Cie or Cns. same portal.
There are 18 profiles for recruitment at the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, divided between 218 highly specialized officers and 80 civil servants. Let’s see these in detail. We are specifically looking for:
- 14 officials with high technical expertise in the architecture, regional and urban planning sector;
- 24 officials with high technical expertise in the construction, management, energy and electrical engineering sectors;
- 40 officials with high technical expertise in the environmental and land engineering, mining and geology sectors;
- 10 officials with high technical expertise in the IT and statistical sciences sector;
- 10 officials with high technical expertise in the natural sciences, environmental, agricultural and forestry sciences sectors.
Still:
- 10 officials with high technical expertise in the public communications sector;
- 6 officials with high technical expertise in the chemical sciences sector;
- 6 officials with high technical expertise in the physical sciences sector;
- 92 officials with high technical expertise in the economic sciences sector;
- 6 officials with high technical expertise in the biological sciences sector;
- 15 officials from the environmental and land engineering, energy and nuclear, management and civil engineering sectors.
We are also looking for 80 official profiles divided as follows:
- in the economics and public accounting sector: 20 units;
- biological sciences and biology: 5 units; chemical sciences: 5 units;
- mining engineering: 10 units;
- natural sciences, environment, agriculture and forest sciences: 5 units;
- statistical sciences and computer sciences: 15 places;
- and finally 5 officials from the public communications, journalism and publishing sectors.
For highly specialized officials, the competition procedure is structured through a preliminary selection test (if the number of candidates applying for participation in the competition is equal to or greater than ten times the number of places opened for the competition for each of them). A separate written exam for competition rules and an oral exam reserved for candidates who pass the written exam (always separate for competition rules).
