For night work and overtime, it will be 15 percent of the gross amount.

Who is entitled to receive a bonus?

However, the bonus is not offered to all employees in the tourism-hotel sector, and this benefit is reserved for “private sector employees with employment income not exceeding 40,000 Euros in the 2023 tax period.” The government has authorized spending 81.1 million euros to implement the provision, which is valid only for the first half of 2024.
