Tyszka: Today we are submitting the first two bills

MP Stanisław Tyszka announced that Confederation politicians will submit two bills to the Sejm after Monday’s oath.

On Monday, Confederation politicians appeared at a press conference ahead of the opening session of the Sejm of the tenth term.

– Today we introduce the first two bills of the Parliamentary Club of the Confederation. This is the law on the tax-free amount of PLN of PLN 60,000. zloty and the law on voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs – said MP Stanisław Tyszka, who will be president of the Confederation Club this season.

– I would like to point out that these are demands that the Confederation has been presenting for many years. However, during the election campaign they were picked up by the Civic Coalition and Third Way respectively. KO promised citizens 60,000. zloty of the tax-free amount promised Trzecia Droga voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs. We can already see that they are unfortunately starting to back away from these promises. We will be in the opposition, we will watch the hands of the government – said Tyszka.

Bosak, Vice Chairman of the Sejm?

The Confederation Parliamentary Club met Monday at 10am. The party’s candidate for deputy chairman of the Sejm is Krzysztof Bosak. The Confederation also does not rule out supporting the candidacy of Elżbieta Witek for the Presidium of the Sejm.

“One of the scenarios could be as follows: if the opposition (or part of it) supports Bosak’s candidacy, the Confederation will not support Witek’s candidacy,” Onet reported.

– We assume that the representation of 1.5 million citizens deserves influence in shaping the agenda of the Sejm, in shaping the work of the Sejm on a daily basis, and this is the responsibility of the Presidium of the Sejm , the chairman and the vice-chairmen. That is why we expect that the Confederation will also be represented in the Sejm Presidium, Stanisław Tyszka said at the press conference on Monday.
