I wholeheartedly support the wind farm bill. It must be processed, voted on and entered into force as soon as possible, says Grzegorz Napieralski.
A group of MPs from the Civic Coalition and Poland 2050 submitted to the Speaker of the Sejm a draft law amending laws supporting consumers of electricity, gas and heat, and certain other laws.
The project caused great controversy because it makes the construction of wind installations much easier, the operation of which is burdensome for local residents and also has negative consequences for nature. The regulations include: possibility of expropriation for the construction of wind turbines. Law and Justice has submitted a report to the Public Prosecution Service in this case and Central Bureau AAnti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). – The MPs who signed this bill honestly admit that they do not know the contents of this bill – argued Krzysztof Szczucki of Law and Justice.
Napieralski: I strongly support this bill
– I wholeheartedly support this bill. It must be processed, voted on and entered into force as quickly as possible. Poles are being misled. In order to place a wind turbine closer to the house, a number of conditions must be met. First of all, it must be quiet. The regulations state that a fan may not be louder than a refrigerator in an apartment. There is also no possibility of expropriation when constructing wind turbines. We give municipal authorities the opportunity to make decisions in accordance with the local spatial development plan for eight years. There is no threat – said Grzegorz Napieralski, senator of the Civic Coalition, on Monday on Polish Radio 24.
– Please don’t scare Polish women and men that someone will suddenly build a windmill in their backyard. Won’t build it. No one will dispossess anyone. There will also be no lobbying for Siemens. This is another lie. The law also gives Polish companies the opportunity to build mechanisms for wind turbines, the KO politician said.
