“Lidl Polska will start 2024 with ambitious plans for salary increases. The company’s team currently numbers almost 27,000 people. The chain still plans to systematically increase employment. From January 2024, store employees will earn between PLN 4,550 gross and PLN 5,550 gross at the start of their employment.
