Superbonus 2024: how it is changing and what will happen in 2025
The Super Bonus will change from January 1, 2024, after spending on public coffers exceeds 100 billion euros. The percentage drops from the dual version of 110% and 90% to 70%, but this time the benefit will not apply to everyone as in the past and will be reserved only for apartments. In fact, it will no longer be possible to benefit from the bonus for villas.
There are those who can still use the 110 percent version in 2024: In addition to the municipalities affected by the earthquake, the government’s extension had come with a special decree launched a few hours before the maneuver. The provision protects jobs for less wealthy families who have achieved at least 60 percent progress in their business by December 31, 2023 and whose ISEE is below 15 thousand euros. The new deadline is October 2024, and in 2025 the Superbonus will decrease to 65% and the limits will vary depending on the intervention to be made.

Ecobonus remains active in 2024: The deduction for replacement of luminaires, doors, solar shading and biomass boilers is 50% up to 60 thousand euros. The expected relief for condominiums is 70%, and a maximum of 40 thousand Euros is spent for thermal insulation of opaque common areas, with a cost of over 25%. In 2025, the aid percentage drops to 36%, with the maximum expenditure being 48 thousand euros.
Also approval for the Bonus for the removal of architectural barriers, which will have a 75% tax deduction rate in 2024 and 2025. It will be possible to access Mobile Bonus, Eco-sismabonus and Green Bonus according to the methods specified in the table in 2024, but it is not yet clear what these measures will be in 2025.
