“The deepening of the crisis in the country.” The Confederacy presented five demands

The Confederacy presented a new “five”. These are activities that, in the opinion of the formation, should be carried out as quickly as possible.

“We have a deepening crisis in the country, the upcoming EU migration pact and a tax on combustion engine cars, and unfulfilled election promises from the new government. What has to happen?” – writes Konfederacja on his social media.

Constitutional reset

The first case concerns the struggle between the ‘new’ and the ‘old’ authorities over the judiciary.

“Introduce immediately our proposal for a constitutional reset, which is gaining increasing support! Other experts and publicists agree with us that the only real solution is our proposal: amendments to the Constitution, which would change the composition of, among others, the National Council for the Judiciary, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal and recreate them. This is the only way to protect Poland from permanent legal paralysis!” – we read on the social media of the Confederation.

Reject the migration pact

In the next point, the Confederation warns again about the so-called migration pact.

“The Council and the European Parliament have reached an agreement on the scandalous migration pact, which the Tusk government agreed to! The principle applies between Member States: you accept immigrants or you pay heavy penalties! This is ‘European solidarity’ in practice “The principle of “take or pay” is simple blackmail, which means that illegal immigrants can be forcibly moved to Poland. As a Confederation, we oppose mass and uncontrolled immigration to Poland! The EU border and the Schengen zone should be closed, immigrants should not be allowed in, instead of relocating them later. Prevention is better than cure!” – represents the formation.

Reject the tax on cars with a combustion engine

The Confederation has consistently expressed its opposition to the European Union’s process of gradually reducing and, ultimately, perhaps eliminating combustion cars from traffic.

“The tax on combustion cars must come into effect this year! First as a one-off tax on the registration of combustion cars, and in 2026 as an annual ownership fee. All this as part of the so-called KPO milestones agreed by the PiS government and to which the Tusk government agrees. The tax on internal combustion cars is another manifestation of the anti-car frenzy that has taken over the Eurocrats, and in Poland, all political forces except the Confederation. It must be rejected unequivocally! – postulates the Confederation.

Enter the free amount of PLN 60,000. zloty

“Increasing the tax-free amount to PLN 60,000 was one of the most important election promises of Donald Tusk, who is now withdrawing from it. That is why, as a Confederation, we have submitted such a bill to the Sejm and Marshal Hołownia’s request that it be considered at the next session of the Sejm. – he says to the governing coalition: “I control it!” Enough lying to the citizens,” we read on the profile of the right-wing group.

Voluntary SISTER for entrepreneurs

The last point also concerns economic issues. In this context, the Confederation draws attention to the campaign story of PSL and Poland 2050.

“During the election campaign, Trzecia Droga promised voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs, and repeated this in many conferences and election materials. Then they enforced on them that what they actually meant was a SISTER holiday (an entrepreneur could only pay contributions for a short period of time and only in a “difficult situation”). “) for several months, and now Prime Minister Tusk announces that vacation will be from ZUS, but… only for 1 month. This is a mockery of the voters. Therefore, as a Confederation, we have submitted a bill on voluntary ZUS.
