Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group, welcomes Misitano & Stracuzzi to Euronext Growth Milan. Misitano & Stracuzzi (a fourth-generation company from Messina) is one of the main Italian B2B operators, operating internationally, mainly in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essences and aromatic solutions of natural origin and, to a lesser extent, in the production and marketing of citrus juices (40.7 million turnover in 2022).

Mositano & Stracuzzi represents the twelfth entry into Euronext Growth Milan, the Italian stock exchange for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is the thirtieth entry into Euronext in 2024.
During the sale phase, Msitano & Stracuzzi raised 17.7 million euros, excluding the possible exercise of the over-allotment option (more shares on sale than expected). If the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the total amount raised will be 19.5 million liras.
