“0% loan” That will not be there, what remains is the left-wing program of cheap apartments for rent, said the president of the Left Club, Anna Maria Żukowska. According to her, the government’s work on the program should be intensified after the holidays.
– What remains is the Left Program, a housing program for low-cost rental apartments, drawn up by the current President of Włocławek, former Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Krzysztof Kukucki. Now the baton is taken over by Deputy Minister Tomasz Lewandowski, who will continue to test this project, and this project also received the support of Poland 2050, which makes me very happy – with such strong support. There is also the support of the Prime Minister, who has already allocated PLN 5 billion for this program in the first year, and PLN 10 billion in subsequent years – Żukowska said on Radio Zet.
According to her, the program should be launched after the holidays. – I think that each of us, including the prime minister, is tired of the answers to the question about apartments, so he should leave the government – she added.
Tusk’s promise divided the coalition
The bill on the home loan #naStart assumes, among other things: that the loan subsidies must be differentiated depending on the size of the household. The subsidy is intended to reduce the loan interest to: 1.5% if there is no child in the household; 1 percent for a household with one child; 0.5 percent for a household with two children; 0 percent for a household consisting of three or more children and a larger household and for loans provided as consumer credit to cover the costs of participating in SIM/TBS or a housing contribution in a housing cooperative.
In the past 0 percent credit. was strongly criticized by the left and Poland 2050. It is worth recalling that this was the flagship promise of Donald Tusk, which was included in the so-called 100 particulars.
“For the purchase of the first apartment we will introduce a loan with an interest rate of 0%,” was specific number 7.
