Paris Hilton she was recently interviewed by the New York Times and talked about some drama she experienced during the time she was sent to boarding school as a teenager. That year, she was a victim of sexual assault, although she was not fully aware of it at the time, as she told the newspaper, where she explained in detail what had happened to her.
Paris Hilton’s Confession
“When I was at Provo Canyon School, Utah, I was forcibly subjected to medical examinations by staff. Non-medical personnel.” said the heiress, who at age 17 was referred by her parents to a specific institution for boys who had behavioral problems, and even psychiatric problems, after they had tried in every way to placate her rebelliousness. Hilton tells in the video interview, quite tempted to remember those images, what happened to her:
One night, it was very late at around 3 or 4 am, me and other girls were picked up from our rooms and taken to another private room where a couple of men of the team to which we were subjected a “cervical exam”, so they told us. They made me lie down on a bed and put their fingers inside me. I don’t know why they did it but were not doctors I know this for sure. It was scary, I was terrified, this thing held me back for years. Sometimes the memory of what happened suddenly comes over me and I think about it. Now, looking at these facts with an adult’s eyes, I can definitely call them sexual abuse.
The heiress then continues her story by saying: “It was supposed to be a school, but classes were the last thought. From the time we got up in the morning to the time we went to sleep at night, it was all screaming, scolding, scolding…a constant torture for me.”
The pain of the period in boarding school
Although I have already talked about this period in the documentary this is paris, Paris Hilton never released this episode. “I was so happy to leave” declared the heiress, who did not want to investigate certain issues, mainly because at the time she was not convinced she was dealing with what after many years she defined as real abuse: “I was just grateful to be out of it, I was embarrassed about what had happened and I didn’t want to remember or talk about it” he concluded.
