A new design district is about to emerge In Italy. It has the signature of one of the most important names in architecture, Richard Meier, and represents an unprecedented residential offer on the Italian coast for millionaires from all over the world. With prices per square meter ranging from 7,000 to 16,000 euros, the Jesolo Lido village will be completed in 2026.

Jesolo Lido Village is the new luxury beach neighborhood from Jesolo. It is a futuristic project signed by the world famous architect Richard Meier & Partners that will transform the Venetian coast into an Italian Miami with all-white volumes, extra-luxurious apartments, suites and pools on Jesolo beach: “I’m creating a new concept of space – explains Richard Meier – where to spend vacations and free time, using human dimensions as a unit of measurement“.

White walls and diffused glass characterize the design of the new neighborhood commissioned by Peter Reichegger, founder of RIV, who chose Meier for the project, inspired by the pristine quality of natural light on the Venetian coast. Jesolo Lido Village, conceived by the New York architect in 2001 but not yet completed, has already become the icon of residential design on the Venetian coast.

The project includes several elements that coexist in a single area, such as The Pool Houses, The Beach Houses, The Hotel & and The Tower. They are luxurious residences overlooking the sea, the beach or the pool with the best design details. From land to sea, Jesolo Lido Village stands out for its homogeneous design, which blends into the surrounding landscape, and for the iconic 24-story tower destined to become a new symbol of the city.

Part of the project has already been completed and many apartments can already be acquired with real estate values ranging from 7,000 to 16,000 euros per square meter for the district penthouses. The entire neighborhood, with the public square and the hotel, will be completed by 2026.
