Decades have passed since the Spice Girls they conquered the whole world with their successes but, despite this, there are still many who hope for a future reunion with the motto of “Girl Power”. Apparently, their wishes have been granted in the last few hours, even though the song has nothing to do with it this time around. The girls of the iconic band did not meet again for a new album or for a new tour, but to celebrate an important milestone: 50 years of Geri Halliwell. Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Mel C they let themselves immortalize smiling and united next to the birthday girl, looking adorable together. The only one absent from the wild and glamorous party? Honey B.
Geri Halliwell’s 50th Birthday Party
Last Saturday, Geri Halliwell hosted a mega party for her 50th birthday, celebrating the important “overdue” milestone (her birthday was on August 6th but she postponed the party first because of the summer break, then because of grief of the national team linked to the death of the queen). For her, no disco or fancy restaurant, she preferred to celebrate in the sumptuous Oxfordshire home surrounded by relatives, friends and loved ones. It is precisely in the huge hall that, together with the ex-Spice Girls, he improvised a dance triggered by the notes of say you will be there. In doing so, Geri, Emma, Victoria and Mel C silenced rumors that spoke of alleged disagreements.
The Spice Girls total black look
What did Spice wear to the reunion? The three guests dressed in a coordinated fashion, looking chic and sophisticated in total black. Victoria Beckham, Posh Spice, bet on a slip dress from her collection, a silk model to the feet and with a maxi neckline in the back.
Emma Bunton stayed true to Baby Spice style by wearing an adorable puff-sleeved minidress and a leather and crystal bag, while Mel C dared with cutouts across the chest. Geri Halliwell, always “out of the box”, preferred total white with a princely mermaid with an American neckline and sheer shoulders studded with sparkling crystals. How many can’t wait to see the all-female band back together on stage?
