While Francesco Totti AND Ilary Blasi prepare to face legal separation, even the marriage ended between Naomi Bocchi AND Mauro Caucci arrives at court. Corriere della Sera announced that the man would be accused of “abuse in the family“and have”violated the obligations of moral and material assistance related to parental authority, maintaining conduct contrary to the morality of families, namely disinterested, after leaving the family home, of minor children“In September 2019, Bocchi allegedly filed a complaint against the man he married in 2010.
Caucci will face a criminal trial: he would have mistreated Noemi Bocchi
Corriere.it informs you of what is contained in the complaint. Mauro Caucci would be a wealthy man, a team manager for a football team, as well as a member of a wealthy family that made a fortune from the marble trade in Italy and abroad. According to the complaint seen by Corriere colleagues, as soon as the marriage was celebrated, Caucci would have asked Noemi Bocchi to exclusively take care of the family, avoiding work activities:
Caucci immediately demanded that I interrupt my studies and prevented me from doing any work. He said that I would have to take care of the family and that my income would be irrelevant to the family budget anyway.
In 2011, Noemi Bocchi became a mother for the first time, and in 2014 her second child was born. Marital problems would begin in 2017. A change in Caucci would have been the death of a loved one: “She began to distance herself from me and the children, bringing into the house a climate of total absence of relationship and dialogue, saying that now her life no longer made sense.“. In November of the same year, the man would have left the house.”suddenly leaving me alone with our children🇧🇷
Although her intention was to maintain a peaceful relationship with her ex-husband, noting the alleged lack of collaboration on the part of Caucci in family life, Noemi Bocchi would have decided to request a legal separation: “My husband began to put a lot of pressure on me to accept his conditions, promising me that he would not let me lack anything, as our children would lack nothing.“. Thus, they would reach an agreement that provides for Caucci to pay 1,250 euros per month for each of the children. An agreement that, however, would not always be respected. Then, the total rupture.
The alleged ill-treatment referred to in the complaint
On the night of May 1, 2019, Caucci allegedly went to Noemi Bocchi’s house and, upon insistently entering, reportedly refused to leave, despite his ex-wife’s request. From here the situation would have degenerated. The Courier says:
Once inside, he puts his hands around her neck, pulls her (the man weighs 116 kilos). Bocchi takes refuge in the bathroom, Caucci then threatens to break down the door; then he attacks her and leaves at dawn. A few days later he asks for a date, says he doesn’t remember anything, but when she presses him he tries to convince her, asks for forgiveness. It’s all useless. Bocchi, based on a medical report attesting to the injuries that the ex caused him, denounces him. “What I suffered is very serious,” he says.
