Enrico Montesano excluded from Ballando: “Rai had seen the shirt, I sent a warrant to a lawyer”

I would also add that the shirt I wore was seen by Rai representatives both during my rehearsals of the artistic performance and during the recording of the same, without any objection. I would add that the edited and then broadcast material was best scrutinized by Rai representatives who did not in the slightest doubt the regularity and legality of the images. I have given a mandate to attorney Giorgio Assumma along with my agent Settimio Colangelo to review the situation in order to better protect my personal identity and integrity.

Rai excludes Enrico Montesano: “What aired is unacceptable”
