Anniversary Concert on Bilateral Relations between Paraguay and the Dominican Republic –

The 120th anniversary concert of the bilateral relations between Paraguay and the Dominican Republic will take place this Friday at 7:30 PM at the Paraguay Central Bank Convention Hall. Access is by invitation.

Paraguay Jazz Band and Dominican Republic Pimented Marching Band will attend the event, which, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will perform representative compositions from both countries, accompanied by the Municipal Folk Ballet of Asunción.

At the opening of the event, the words of Ambassador Raúl Cano, Paraguayan Deputy Minister of Economy and Integration; Virtual presentation by Manuel Polanco Salvador, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic in Paraguay and Roberto Álvarez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic.

Bilateral relations between Paraguay and the Dominican Republic began on February 18, 1902, with the appointment of the Paraguayan Consul General in the Government of the Dominican Republic.

The results were also extended to the Paraguayan embassy in Cuba.
