The magic of Christmas in London: the path of lights and installations in Kew Gardens illuminates

The Christmas period is a very special occasion to admire London’s Kew Gardens (declared a UNESCO heritage site in 2003) in a whole new light. Indeed, under a myriad of colored lights! 10 years ago, once again the gardens were decorated to create a perfect environmentchristmas atmosphere🇧🇷 The path winds for 2.7 km: a walk of about 40 minutes on foot, in which you can admire many bright decorations and colorful installations🇧🇷

we are talking about more than a million lights positioned along the way, including: the magical Starry Night (a roof with small sparkles around it) and Willow Hives (an environment illuminated with lights that resemble the shapes of nature). One of the most spectacular points is the one set up close to the lake, thanks to a light show projected onto the surface of the water to create a magical optical illusion where light appears to flow in and then disappear into an abyss.

New this year are the Biodiversity themed wish trees: visitors can express their preferences among a series of wishes about nature and the environment. Of course, there is no lack of refreshment areas, where you can taste delicacies and delicacies of all kinds, including spice-scented sweets, street food, hot chocolate. The space will be open until January 8, 2023, from 4:20 pm to 10:00 pm.
