With a second season slated for next year, creator Gege Akutami hints that Jujutsu Tech’s grand finale may be coming to the manga sooner than many expected.

Unlike Yuji, who the King of Curses beat and swallowed Sukuna’s fingers, Yuta’s backstory was much more tragic as his supernatural powers led the love of his life to bond with him. Unfortunately for the movie’s hero, his childhood sweetheart has turned into one of the scariest monsters anime has ever seen.
End of Kaisen Jujutsu
Gege Akutami took the stage at this year’s Jump Festa, confirming a possible timeline for the end of his biggest shonen franchise:
“If you (probably) stay with me for another year, I’ll be very happy.”
The anime landscape has closed a handful of major behemoths in the middle in recent years. demon killer Y dr stone are two important examples. it’s not correct Kaisen jujitsu aiming to end Yuji’s story, but people like it One-piece attack on TitanY my hero academy are other examples of anime coming to an end.
