In an interview at the launch of the book ‘Spider-Man No Way Home: The Official Movie Special’, Maguire said he was open to the possibility of returning in the future.
“When they initially called me, I was like ‘finally’! [Risas] I got a call and immediately agreed to come and do this. Not without nerves, you know, ‘How will this be and what will it be experience?’ But to get there and have the opportunity to work with great, talented and creative people? It’s like, ‘Yes!’ It’s fun and exciting.
I like these movies and I like the variety of series. If these guys called me and said, “Would you show up tonight and hang out and act crazy?” or “Would you show up to do this movie or read a scene or do something Spider-Man?”, would it be a “yes!” are. Because why wouldn’t you want to?”
