Sometime in 2023, the “masterpiece” of Indian filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s career, the Hindi drama, will be released on Netflix. The Constitution. Heeramandi is a new Netflix drama series co-directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, one of India’s most accomplished Hindu filmmakers.

For me, the most captivating aspect of storytelling is the ability to portray real characters, especially women, and portray their emotions with interesting nuances The women of Heeramandi are queens in their own right, and in this story I strive to bring these historical figures to life with a modern approach. The story has been adapted into a serial by Moin Beg by writers Mitakshara Kumar, Snehil Dixit Mehra and Vibhu Puri.
When is it The Constitution Is season 1 coming to Netflix?
At the time of writing, Netflix has yet to announce an official release date for Heeramand. All previous promotional material lists the series as Coming Soon.
We suspect the series will finally hit Netflix sometime in 2023.

We can confirm that The Constitution has a total of 8 episodes as revealed by Bhansali and the physical cost of filming;
I’ve made 10 movies in 30 years. In the last few years I’ve done 3 movies and now 8 episodes, it’s like ‘What did you do to me?’ Doing a show like Heeramandi’s is very demanding, it’s very difficult. You have to be very careful because there are a lot of footprints.
During filming, you may notice that you missed the crucial scene needed to convey the most important aspect of the story. You have to keep coming back to the script. In general, you should keep in mind that you have to invest twice as many hours when working on a web series than on a movie. It’s much more intense, difficult and demanding to work on a web series. Heeramand did my best. It came from within.
