MultiVersus received a new update this week, complete with a series of patch notes detailing everything that’s changed in the game’s existing fighters, but one sentiment was consistently found in comments to the announcement: Where’s the new content? However, that is an eternal question for any type of game. MultiVersus Players appear to be particularly outraged by the new content as the game’s current season comes to a close and only one new fighter has been added so far in Season 2 on the released Roadmap. to indicate what is in the way.
The update in question only affected a few characters in the roster. Iron Giant, Garnet, LeBron, Marvin the Martian, Morty, Superman, Taz, and Wonder Woman were the only ones that got tweaked, and in most cases, the changes were due to bug fixes, with the exception of Superman and Taz. A change aimed at controller users was the only other change in the patch notes, as this is the most recent patch the game has received since February 13.
If that’s all that needs to change, that’s it, but the speed of the update after more than a month hasn’t stopped players from responding just as quickly to comments from in-game social posts asking for content.
“I’ll still defend them, but… it’s like they want to piss off the community,” he said. an answer.

Some players quoted a tweet from game director Tony Huynh on November 15 stating that “Season 2 will feature more characters”. this tweet was shared on the same day Marvin the Martian, currently the only character in Season 2, was revealed. So far no other characters have been revealed for this season or not.
In addition, the second season was even longer than originally thought. On February 8, the MultiVersus The Twitter account said the season has been extended to March 31. That’s a little over two weeks away from the end of Season 2, so expect more. MultiVersus Players get more fidgety from time to time looking for a script and other taunts.
