- Miles Morales shows that he can defeat Iron Man with a single punch, demonstrating his surprising effectiveness against Stark technology.
- Miles’ toxic blast disables Iron Man’s most dangerous suit, the Extreme Biote Armor, causing him to overload and explode.
- Even though Tony Stark and Miles Morales are friends, there’s no reason to think Miles couldn’t beat Iron Man in a serious fight.
One of the things that comic book fans watch the most is superhero battles. It’s always fun to see which hero can beat which in a one-on-one battle, but the showdown in between Iron Man in return for Miles Morales it wouldn’t go in Tony Stark’s favor as many expected. In fact, a brutal encounter with Cletus Kasady proved that Miles Morales could defeat Tony Stark with a single blow.
The Massacre of Queen Alpha – by Alex Paknadel, Cody Ziglar, Julius Ohta, Erick Arciniega and Cory Petit – shows Miles’ surprising effectiveness against Iron Man’s technology. When Cletus Kasady returns to New York City and wreaks havoc on one of Iron Man’s suits, he quickly catches Miles’ attention.

The fight initially seems to go completely in Cletus’ favor, as he defeats Miles easily and without any problems. But when Miles fires a blast of poison straight into Cletus’ chest, he stops the out-of-control villain. This shows that Miles could defeat Iron Man if necessary, as Miles’ poison blast completely incapacitated Cletus.

Marvel is paving the way for Miles Morales to have his own Sinister Six
Miles Morales could finally get his own version of the Sinister Six, as the young Spider-Man proves he’s too strong for a single villain to defeat.
Iron Man’s armor is completely disabled by Miles’ toxic blast

Iron Man’s most dangerous suit was the fusion of the Extremis virus and the symbiote to form the Extremis Armor. This armor was essentially alive, although it was not sentient like most symbiotes. This gave Iron Man an absurd amount of power, and he could even use it to take on Knull, the King in Black, a literal god. This was by far one of Iron Man’s most impressive armors, but it didn’t stay in the hero’s mind for long. The armor was eventually stolen by Cletus Kasady, who used it after the Carnage symbiote failed him. This process made Cletus virtually unstoppable until he met Miles Morales.
Miles Morales’ venomous outburst proved absurdly powerful. His poison blast defeated a giant Ant-Man, he managed to defeat the poisonous symbiote and has now proven capable of defeating Iron Man. The toxic explosion almost immediately caused the arc reactor of Cletus Kassady’s Extreme Biote suit to overload and explode. Although Tony could easily create suits that were not exposed to the toxic explosion, it is surprising that most of his current suits are fragile. As it turns out, this is exactly the case, giving Miles Morales a significant advantage over the famed Avenger.
Carnage admits that Miles really hurt him

Tony Stark and Miles Morales have proven to be close friends over the years, teaming up several times to combat major threats. After a heated argument, the two even stopped eating burgers together. There’s no real reason to think the two heroes would seriously fight instead of just talk. But if there was ever a reason for the two to compete against each other, there’s no reason to think so, unless Iron Man had a suit built specifically for that purpose. Miles Morales I wouldn’t be able to take it down Iron Man with a single blow.
