‘Bizarrap Session #58’: Puerto Rican ‘flow’ mixed with Argentinian

Throughout the composition, the Puerto Rican showcases her talent for jumping from her powerful voice to a strong rapper tone, and at the same time, “Biza” harmonizes and varies the song’s music to her advantage.

The theme, which returns to the more trap style of Ramón Mejiacontains several references to Spain, such as the phrase “Madrid first class” or “Meanwhile we are jet skiing in Mallorca.”

The lyrics are imbued with the identifying language of this genre as the artist refers to various concepts such as her successful career, the problem of dealing with fame or the interested people that surround artists when they become famous.

María Victoria Ramírez de Arellano Cardonabetter known as Young Miko, is no stranger to the Latin urban music genre.

At 26, he has 26.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and some of his most listened to collaborations have well over 100 million views on the platform.

The young Miko has collaborated with artists of the stature of his compatriot and the global phenomenon of Spanish music Bad bunnythe Colombians Feid and Karol Gthe Dominican Tokischa or the Spanish Bad Gyal.

Moreover, this is not his first collaboration with an Argentinian artist: he already appeared on the album ‘Nena Trampa’, by Cazzu (for the song ‘Brinca’) and on ‘Alma’, by Nicki Nicole (‘8 AM’), two very successful artists in the South American country.

On October 28 and 29, 2023, she made her debut in Buenos Aires by performing at C Art Media as part of the ‘Trap Kitty World Tour’, presenting her only album to date.

Strangely enough, the artist already predicted the release of this single when she published the song ‘Bi’ in July 2022, where at one point the lyrics read: “‘Two bitches’, none of them have a visa / they all want to take off my shirt / A baby from Argentina asking me / When does a session with Biza start?“.

The Puerto Rican artist entered her island’s vibrant music scene in 2017.

He started his career from home and was self-taught, publishing his first demos on the online music platform SoundCloud.

Previously, Young Miko had written several poems.
