A few days after the results of the political elections, the war has already started between the future center-right government and some media outlets, with La Repubblica in particular ending up in the League’s crosshairs. “Salvini’s blackmail” is the opening title of the newspaper founded by Eugenio Scalfari, which deepens the theme of the meeting between the two leaders of the winning coalition: “The first summit between Meloni and the secretary of the Northern League ends badly. demands from the Ministry of the Interior its number one”. In particular, a quoted phrase attributed to the former interior minister bounced from their seats: “Without the ministry there will be external support for the government.”
