Meloni pulls out his claws: “Enough with the insults to the citizens of the left. We will raise up the nation”

The polemics of the left after the elections of Ignazio La Russa and Lorenzo Fontana in the Senate and in the Chamber did not go unnoticed in the eyes of Giorgia Meloni. The leader of the Brothers of Italy attacked the opposition for its critical positions against a government that at the moment has not yet been born and reassured everyone about the kindness of the work they are willing to carry out after the result of the elections of last September 25: “The attacks undone of the left in recent days represent a real insult to the citizens who have chosen by whom to be represented. I understand that for these exponents it may seem at least anomalous to see parties that have the possibility to govern with the support of Italians (they are not used to it), but like it or not, this is democracy. Tranquility, we are here to revive our nation. It will be – announces Meloni on his Facebook profile – a path full of obstacles, but we will do our best. Without ever giving up.”
