A new survey, carried out by the Piepoli Institute and published by the BiDiMedia website, once again rewards Giorgia Meloni. Her party, the Brothers of Italy, remains stable at 30%, without losing anything compared to the previous poll: a hard blow to the left, which throughout January expected a collapse in the consensus of the prime minister and his followers. No change either for Lega (9%) and 5 Stelle Movement (17.5%). In a drop of 0.5% both the Democratic Party, which is at 15%, and Forza Italia, which drops to 6.5%, even two percentage points behind the Third Pole of Carlo Calenda and Matteo Renzi, who add + 0 .5% compared to the last round of interviews.
With regard to confidence in the government led by Meloni, here too there are no falls or deviations from the center-right coalition. 33% of respondents say they are very satisfied with the executive, and 12% are quite satisfied. Little confidence on the part of 21%, while 23% did not like the work of the majority at all, who still go ahead with positive opinions in relation to negative ones. Center-right voters are also satisfied: for 96% of them, the government deserves confidence.
The last piece of data from Piepoli’s poll is confidence in Prime Minister Meloni. Compared to the other publication, there is a 1% drop in the “very” and “fairly” confidence judgments, which together add up to 47% (35% and 12%). 18% of respondents say they are not at all satisfied with the Prime Minister, while 24% are not very confident.
