The Meloni government is dismissing the civil suit in the Ruby ter case, in which Silvio Berlusconi is accused of corruption of judicial documents on charges that he paid Arcore dinner attendees to lie in previous cases on the matter. In fact, the government refuses to seek compensation from Silvio Berlusconi if he is convicted.
