9:50 am: In dialogue with EL HERALDO, José Ignacio Jiménez, president of the Association of District Educators of Barranquilla, explained that Petrism in the city is no stranger to the call of the head of state.
Jiménez, who is currently leading the mobilization on 74th Street, pointed out that on Monday the president submitted the health reform he proposed to Colombians in the campaign. “Here you see the Barranquilleros that we have elected to the government. We support those major reforms. Health cannot remain a business,” he said.
9:40 am: The march began in Esthercita Forero Park, located on 74th Street with 43 Carrera, where with banners and proclamations in favor of the government, a group of union, social and teacher leaders, according to what they say, the reform agenda of the Historical Pact. .
From there, government supporters will walk along Carrera 46 until they reach Paseo Bolívar. A rally will take place there.
