How to vote in the region?

The votes of the regional president and the regional council are made on a single card. The name, surname and brand names of the Presidential candidates and the brand names of the lists next to the two lines to indicate the preference vote for the manager candidate are shown on the ballot. Voters can vote:

a) Only for Regional Presidency candidates. In this case, it is understood that the votes are given only to the presidential candidate;
b) For a list of presidential candidates. It is understood that the votes were also expressed in favor of the Presidential candidates;
c) for a President and a list not affiliated with him (the so-called split vote);
d) For regional council member candidates, by stating their preferences in an appropriate place on the form. Preferential voting is expressed by writing the surname or the name and surname of the candidate for the district council member on the list and desired to vote. In this case, it is understood that the votes are also given to the list and the relevant presidential candidate.
