Research on the work decree is humiliating for Schlein and Landini: Meloni wins easily

In recent days, controversy has flared up on the left against the government over the measures contained in the labor decree. But what do Italians think of the latest action by Giorgia Meloni and the government? A Lab21.01 survey conducted for Italian affairs answered this question, asking which line holds between that of the executive and that of the arm-in-arm protest between Elly Schlein and Maurizio Landini. The result for the leader of the Democratic Party and the CGIL represents a resounding defeat: 37.9% of respondents support the criticism, which also led to a demonstration in Bologna square, while 62.1% are on the side of the government.

The research then performs an analysis of the direct challenge between the two women leaders from the opposite sides of Italian politics. “In your opinion, between Meloni and Schlein, who best represents the values you believe in?” the question asked of respondents. And here, too, the prominent figure of the center-right prevails: Meloni accumulates 59.4% of approval, while Schlein stops at 40.6%. The poll trend should be noted in particular: compared to the last poll, the dem is down 0.2%, while the prime minister is up 0.2%. Differences without history.
