TP poll: center-right avalanche, Pd drop and sensational overtaking

All the centre-right parties are growing, the centre-left ones are shrinking and Italians’ trust in Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is also increasing. But there are also interesting movements among the forces that attract lesser consensus. The latest poll by The Political Termometer speaks for itself. Pending the ballots that close the municipal elections, data from the survey carried out with interviews carried out between May 16 and 18 show that the percentage of Italians who trust Prime Minister Meloni continues to increase: they are already 44.9 percent.

As for equals, the voting intentions recorded by Tp in the weekly poll also see all center-right parties growing from the previous week’s poll. The Brothers of Italy are at 29.5 percent, Matteo Salvini’s Lega at 9.4, Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia, who was discharged from San Raffaele after 45 days in hospital, at 7.6 percent.

The positive effect due to the election of Elly Schlein as Secretary of the Democratic Party was definitively shelved. Compared to seven days ago, the Democratic Party is down and today is worth 19 percent. Giuseppe Conte’s 5 Star Movement (16%) and Carlo Calenda’s Action (4%) also lose something. Italexit-Per l’Italia is given 2.5 percent: Gianluigi Paragone’s party thus joins the Sinistra-Verdi alliance and surpasses Italia Viva (2.4 percent) and +Europe which is currently rated at 2, 2 percent.
